Improve UX flow to exist campaign after comments (and avoid warnings and resubmit) Merged

When viewers/editors/approvers come into a campaign and comment, it's unclear how to exit the screen. Most feel they need to resubmit the campaign. The real option is to hit cancel, which is not ideal. Can we improve this process?

    Sorry, after reviewing the description I realize that 145 is not the right Ideas. Changed title from "Remove hyperlinks from being factored into character counts in rich text fields" to "Improve UX flow to exist campaign after comments (and avoid warnings and resubmit) " and merged with duplicate idea: https://ideas.jeto.io/ideas/JETO-I-167
