Character limit in the rich text editor currently counts characters in hidden HTML and hyperlinks. To the average Jeto user, who is likely unfamiliar with technicalities, this can be confusing. I propose making the character limit only reflect the number of text characters in the document. While we encourage Jeto users not to copy and paste or "paste as plain text," it can be very inconvenient especially with longer memo-style emails. The max character limit error is confusing to the user, who doesn't know that there are all these other hidden characters that need to be accounted for.
