Remove HTML and hyperlinks from being factored into character counts in rich text fields Merged

For example, if you have a rich text token that has a max count (for ex 300) and you write text that is at or below count, but then hyperlink a word, the hyperlink gets factored into the count and will often make it go over.

Because the max character count is often set for the space of the text place holder in the template, hyperlinks should not be factored in.
