Improve UX flow to exit campaign after commenting (and avoid warnings and resubmit)

Currently, when users come in to comment on campaigns, they have to hit "cancel" once they are done, and Jeto prompts them that all changes, if any, will be lost. This can lead to some confusion for the commenter. It has also lead other users to hit submit, which is unnecessary.

Just realized the description does not match the title for this Idea. I Un-merged this Idea and updated the title to reflect the use case.

Improve UX flow to exist campaign after comments (and avoid warnings and resubmit) Merged

When viewers/editors/approvers come into a campaign and comment, it's unclear how to exit the screen. Most feel they need to resubmit the campaign. The real option is to hit cancel, which is not ideal. Can we improve this process?
