Thanks for your input Makenzie. If Jeto is doing the scheduling and activation, this can be simple as the user could indicate what flow can be considered as a "Launch".
For campaigns initiated from Marketo directly it's not that black or white. Do you have additional input on this?
For example, should we refer to the program membership (N of members >0). The data we get when calling Marketo for Programs details related to status are “on” and “off” for Engagement programs, and “unlocked” for Email programs...
