Add new status to campaigns dashboard to show when a campaign is live in Marketo Merged

When Marketo admin activates the campaigns in Marketo, update the status on the campaigns dashboard to "In progress" or "Active" or "Running" and when the last campaign has run, update to "Completed" or "Finished"

I think in addition to the "Approved" status, a "Completed" would help manage workflow.
