Rich text format fields

Give the collaborators the ability to enter content for their campaign in a Rich Text Format field. Make sure the available command can be controlled by the Jeto Administrator when creating the Campaign Launcher.

Visually Reorder / Categorize Launchers

Ideally, when an Admin clicks on "Launchers", they will be able to "Add a Folder" and categorize based on preferences (similar to users within groups). Admin should also be able to group and reorder Launchers.

Have form fill out field include free text

If some launchers will always have the same information, can we pre-populate at the Launcher level. Currently we can only select from dropdown that contains user details. Ideally, we can add any value.
