Under Launcher Settings, Marketo Settings,
When selecting program AND destination folder for Images and files, the lis should display the option to sync program to bring new options - same as modal for new launchers.
New:
After user selects sync option, we show s=pinner

Fwd: Jeto Cloning
Can we please add the ability to refresh the instance in the Launcher Settings? It's currently only available at the instance level or when creating a brand new Launcher. If a Launcher is cloned, and you want to update the settings (program to clone), the ability to kick start a sync is not available.

No, but you do need to refresh your instance if the program template is new. To do this, you need to go in the settings (located at the very top of the Launcher page - the cog wheel in the top bar). From there, you will see this form appear:
