Removing unused launcher types from the campaign filter section

When filtering on campaigns, we would only like to see launcher types for which that user has created campaigns (ie - if the user has only created campaigns using the email and webinar type launchers, we would only like to see email and webinar as an option in the campaign filter section).

      Thanks for the input - that one did not make the cut for 2024 roadmap - adding to future considerations.
