Within our Jeto instance, we have some launchers where only one Collaborator (or creator) is assigned. But in other instances, we may have multiple Collaborators (depending on the team structure). Right now if one Collaborator submits a campaign, another collaborator assigned to that same launcher has no visibility to it. We would like for the other collaborators to have visibility to the other campaigns, and also have the ability to clone these campaigns. We have found a workaround for the cloning situation, but it isn't ideal because this doesn't proactively show what others are doing to help determine if another Collaborator may want to clone one of the existing campaigns.

Hi Dani and Jennifer,
I think the Hybrid role feature that we just released would be a perfect fit to help support your team structure.
If you want a collaborator to also be able to view the campaigns from another user, just add a 2nd role so that they combine Creator plus any of View, Editor or Approver roles - depending on the level of control you want them to have on campaigns owned by other users. You can set that at the user level for the new permissions to apply to all Launchers shared with that user, or you can set it under the "Approval Team" section if you want to control this additional role on a Launcher-per-Launcher basis.
From that point forward, this user will also have the ability to clone these campaigns created by their colleagues.

The ability for a collaborator to clone a campaign submitted by another collaborator would be very useful to us to streamline campaign submission.
