Block users from being able to (try to) delete modules once campaign is submitted

Currently, users can still go to preview, edit layout and "delete" modules (though we know it will not update Marketo). This causes the previously submitted campaign to fall to error (blocking users from making any other updates) and Marketo returns an error on deleting a module.


Can we add a pop up that says "you cannot edit the layout of your email/landing page because your campaign was already created in Marketo" and block the submission?

    These additional controls on approval rules are now parked for future improvements and will grouped with other advanced approval workflow improvements

    Or even better, prevent the toggle "edit layout" from being activated once a campaign is Submitted, In Approval, Changes Requested or Approved.
