I'd love more input on the underlying objective for this improvement so we can get the proper context of use. What i would be the purpose of the thumbnails, what would you use it for and when, in the flow of your campaign creation would it be most useful?

Also, here are a couple challenges with adding thumbnail images to the campaigns page:

This involves we load more data on the campaign page, which is expected to slow down the page's performance.

It's on our roadmap to add lazy load (progressive load) of campaign data to improve performance. Once this is in place we could consider adding feature without a significant.
