Include comments when sending sample\preview of emails

Allow to send sample emails with notes to other team members for proofing. This is not possible in Jeto. so I have to send it to myself and then forward it to the team members.

Notify Admins when a campaign in deleted is Jeto

Particularly for those that have automated campaign activation, notifying the Admins will allow them to go into Marketo and prevent the emails from going out (or prevent them from activating a campaign)

Have the ability to edit replies to comments

Right now, you can edit a comment made but not any of the threaded answers. It would be nice for the approval team to edit their responses
