Support "mailto" feature in rich text editor

Currently, Jeto will pass http(s):// on any hyperlink. The ability to strip that in linked items in the rich text editor would allow users to use the mailto function in their email bodies.

    Sounds like a relatively simple fix.
    I will confirm with Dev team and confirm feasibility and timeline.
