Jeto does support adding any URL parameter when creating hyperlinks via Jeto. You can do this
by selecting the text to hyperlink in the rich text editor and adding your utm parameters in the URL string ex:
https://jeto.io/?utm_medium=Email&utm_source=Jeto
The resulting link will appear with the encoding in the HTML of the Marketo token (see file attached).
