Hi Everyone, we're making progress with preparation work for adding API features to Jeto. Although we're still a couple months out of hitting the ground, we're now at a stage where we would like to collect specific use cases.

It would be great if you could share your's here and if possible, please follow this structure so it's easy to understand and document.

As: (who are the users, systems and related roles in scope)

When: (Describe the initial context or the event that triggers the flow)
Then: (Describe the the basic flow, in a step by step process)

Algonquin use case:
I have another questions about your API - we have just been asked to use Airtable to create a content calendar for our executive team to view outgoing communications. Obviously it would be easier to continuously populate Airtable if a Jeto form completion created the Airtable record at the same time as cloning the Marketo program. Do you have open connections that we can access through a tool like Zapier, or can our devs have access to build the connection, or do we have to pay extra – just looking for our options for efficiency with this new request that came in.
