For Image Upload Capabilities - Avoid duplicate images Merged

To prevent duplication of images in our files, it would be helpful to allow users to add the link to an image for an image upload token if the image already exists in our Marketo instance,

    Due to issues with image file access based on URL, the input for URL in images has been removed to void poor user experience and frequent errors. I'm now merging this idea with the ability to use Marketo images in campaigns, which would provide a better user experience to access existing images and avoid duplicates.
