Have Jeto add emails to an existing program

In our Marketo instance, we have a Program used to collect all emails of a specific type.

As a Jeto Admin, I would Jeto, when a user submits campaigns from a specific launcher, to add the emails into an existing Marketo program, as opposed to cloning a new Marketo program.
