Users have requested the ability to copy content from comments. Currently they can only copy content within comments if they entered the comment, but they cannot copy anyone else's content.

The example provided was, a person noted they wanted to update the URL, provided the link, and the user making the edits couldn't copy the link. I can also see this use case with copy edits. The team wouldn't want to have to retype any of this, but instead copy the content provided in the comments.
