Ability to see campaigns that you didnt build without needing an admin role in Jeto

I am looking to have users see each others campaigns and comment/QA on them without giving them Admin permissions. It would be nice to have a permission set or profile that accommodates this without using the approvals workflow that is currently in the jeto platform today which is too complex for my teams needs at the moment. Thank you!

    Hi Susan!

Let's discuss on our next status sync to review implementation for your instance.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Susan,
I'll need to take back some of the steps I described.... I just realized we recently made an update. There should be no need to turn the Approval on and off.

We now support the assignment of what we refer to as "Collaborator roles" from your Launcher Settings/Approval section (View, Edit, Approve) with the option to keep the approval being Turned off. You can see the Roles descriptions here:

I suspect the fact that you see the "Request Change" is because this campaign has already been put in "In Approval" stage, before you turned approval off? Can you retry with a new campaign?
I'll ask our help/support team to discuss on your next call and I think they will be able to review over screenshare.
    Thanks!

Hello David. I have done what you suggested and after turning off the workflow I am still seeing the approval buttons in the edit screen. "Request Changes" and "Approve Campaign" buttons are still at the top.

    Hi Susan,
    Thank you for your input!
This is something we plan on improving down the road.
We do have a quick workaround for this in the meantime....

Go to your Launcher Settings, under Approval and turn approval "on" on your Launcher.

Assign the proper role to your users who should get access (Viewer, Editor, Approver) + Save your launcher

Edit again and turn approval off.
The roles you assigned to the users will remain active, while approval workflow (and related status and alerts) are off.
Let me know how thata works for you!
