Automatically Change Destination folder for program based on current year

Given: Marketo Folder Structure typically gets created and used based on current Fiscal or Calendar Year (Ex: 2023 XXX )

Given: A new set of folders get created as years pass by.


Then: Jeto should allow to automatically detect the folder associated with the current year and move all Launcher settings for "Destination folder" of cloned program to current year as we change calendar year.

    This can now be achieved using the Dynamic Destination Folders - released in 2024 - in combination with a Date field. Simple set the date fialds with a prefill value of "Date Now" and hide this field in your Launcher Form.

    In Destination Folders - add a rule based on "Date Now" contains YYYY and set the destination folder of your choice for each year by addint 1 rule per year.
