With teams based on line of businesses any of our Launchers can be used by multiple groups.

Not all users with access to a Launcher should be notified when a campaign is created. We would need notifications to be sent out based on the association of the campaign requester with his parent group.

Notification for campaign approval/review should only go to members of the Creator's group.
