Fix Rich Text Editor Label and Character Count Overlap

We recently rolled out the enhanced rich text editor to all of our launhers and users reported an issue with the character counts for the editor overlapping with the label. I looked into this, and if a label is long it could cause this issue. It would be great for our users if this could be fixed so they can easily read the labels. Screenshot attached for reference.

    Fix released as part of our May 15 2024 Patch update

    Fix for this is planned for next Sprint. Update should go live ~June 2024
