I created a standard set of values for certain categories in our instance. For example, I create a 'Build You Email Audience' form that has criteria a user can select from. When I need to make an edit to a single field, I have to go in to each launcher and edit that field individually. It would be great if I could share those fields or the group of fields across different launchers so I only have to edit in one place.

Although this would definitely add tremendous value to ease the maintenance of forms and Launchers, this improvement did not make the cut for the short-term roadmap. Please keep voting for it as we will review improvement priorities on an ongoing basis.
