I need to: Have a access to the messenger and inbox provided in Jeto (for users in my account only)
So that I can: Keep visibility on support requests and provide help/guidance to my users
Considering low votes on this, we will park it for now. As a workaround you can:
Request that Jeto support team loops a list of admins (cc) on all incoming tickets.
Create a Slack channel for your team and Jeto Support to collaborate on support requests.
