Given...Cropping an image involves that only a portion of the image becomes visible.

When...Using the crop function from the image editor.

Then...We should have the "move" image function also enabled at the same time. i.e. on mouse over the image, the 4 arrows mouse pointer shows up and user can move the image by grab & move. OR the crop zone can be moved around for user to select the portion of image to keep/cut. Currently the user needs to switch back and forth between crop and move and it makes it cumbersome to use.
