I'm updating this to "Future consideration" so that we can gather votes and help prioritize this improvement.
Note that there is a significant effort in moving away from user initiated save vs auto-save.

Another consideration is that this would likely result in inconsistent experience when editing Drafts vs Submitted campaign. If we where to auto-save campaigns (previously submitted ones), then each time a change is made to a field, we would need to update the Marketo program to avoid discrepancies. I don't think this would be a desirable outcome.
