Reassign launchers when deleting a user Merged

It would be great if we could get a prompt asking if all launchers shared with a user should be reassigned to another user when deleting a user.

Use case:

A Jeto admin creates launcher(s) and shares with collaborators but not other admins. This admin leaves and a new admin takes over. That admin (nor the Perkuto team) has access to the launchers.

    Thanks Cat, I can see how this could ease the management of Launcher assignment.
    I think it comes hand in hand with having more visibility on Launcher/User/Role assignment so I merged it with these other 2 ideas.

    An option here would be to allow Admin to view and edit Launcher assignment in bulk. Therefore, having the ability to filter Launcher assigned to a user (deleted or not) and share in bulk with a new user.
