Cloning of Marketo Program from Jeto does not update the name of the program in Smart Campaigns

Reduces the amount of time it takes for final approval of program - smart campaign should not be activated by Jeto user unless this is taken care of.

    Tested again on December 18th. Issue persists.

    This is due to a Bug in Marketo. Initially planned for release 12-07. Unfortunately my latest tests tends to demonstrate that the bug is not fixed yet. We'll continue to push for a fix by Marketo.
