My team's collaborators submit email text using the rich text fields and because Jeto sends this information using <div> tags, they hit enter twice to get the desired spacing that they want in their email body. This causes issues for me when the emails hit Marketo becasuse I have to go into their copy token and edit the HTML to use <p> tags and </br> so that the formatting matches our email templates (designed by Perkuto). It would help me if there was a way in the launcher to select <p> tags or <div> tags depending on the Marketo template that is linked.

Additional controls for rich text and paragraph wrapper elements have been added with the release of the new Rich Text Editor (beta) last week.
This was shipped last week as part of the summer release.
It's currently in beta but available to all client upon activation by an administration. See release notes for details!

I agree, spacing is frequently an issue that needs to be corrected when translating from Jeto to Marketo. Updating the HTML to reflect standard CSS in Marketo would help us greatly as well
