Show progress of the save

After saving a draft, we're taken back to the main dashboard where the list of campaings are. I keep clicking on the three dots to edit or preview before the save is completed. I guess I expect the save to happen faster. But showing the progress of the save would show me that I need to wait before clicking on the threee dots. I suggest showing the progress of the save.

    Ok good. We will keep this idea active. I'm moving it to future consideration since we won't be able to add it to the next release.

    I've noticed that saving is a little faster.

    Earlier this week we have made changes on the load of the campaign page that should improve this experience and make the save faster.

    Can you please test again and confirm is this issue is still replicable on your end?
