Simplify the Field properties/browser scroll bars

I can't tell you the number of times I've accidentally chosen the wrong scroll bar while working in a form. It would be great to have more distinction between the scroll bar in the Field properties section and the scroll bar for the browser itself (please see screenshot) - ie, use a different bar style, separate the two by left-aligning Field properties, etc.

    This was shipped last week! Scroll bar in the Field properties section is now distinct from the the scroll bar for the main page section.

    This improvement is on the 2022 roadmap. Should be in the Summer or Fall release.

    We could not make it in time for the Dec '21 - Jan'22 Release. This is still high priority and we are now re-evaluating the ETA. Stay tuned....

    Can you please specify what OS, Browser & Browser version you're using?
