When deleting modules in email editor, also delete the matching fields in the form

As a collaborator, when I enable email editor and delete modules from the preview page, it would be great to also delete or gray out the fields used by the module in the form.

    I can see how this would make campaign creation much easier.
    Other priorities are taking over on this idea so I will keep it in the backlog for future improvement. Pls continue to vote to shift up the priority level.
